General Practitioner - South Hedland

Job Description THE PRACTICE- Radiant Doctors Group Pty Ltd at Port Hedland, Throssell Rd, South Hedland WA 6722 - Newly fitted-out GP practice, in a busy shopping centre- Great work/life balance - Working hours are based on 8 am - 4.30 pm weekdays, this is very flexible- Patient & staff parking is available- Choose your appointment times, you have full clinical independence
THE OPPORTUNITY- You'll be supported with full nursing coverage- Allied Health support is available- Skin Cancer, minor procedures, women's health, and chronic disease management GP sub-specialties are in demand- You will earn $150/hour, or 65-70% of billings, whichever is higher- Likely earnings $250,000-$300,000 before tax each year
DUTIES- Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures- Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments- Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases- Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention- Provide counseling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
LOCATION- DPA/MM6, South Hedland, WA, is a busy community, with all the amenities you will require, and a shortage of General Practitioners- Visa sponsors will support permanent residency.
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS- Relocation / Sign-on bonus of up to $15,000
ABOUT YOU- This role will suit a General Practitioner who holds FRACGP, FACRRM, or a comparable specialist pathway qualification.
