About the Project: The large 600sqm facility will provide medical services in Marsden Park, northwest of Sydney. Considerable growth is expected in the immediate surroundings with 19,000 new homes currently in development, and a population growth forecast of over 500 percent (Marsden Park/Shanes Park) and 2,000 percent (Marsden Park North) between 2020-2036.
The clinic itself will be set within a purpose-built medical precinct, complemented by pharmacy, pathology, radiology, dental, podiatry, and physiotherapy.
