About the role We are looking for a passionate General Practitioner with an interest in youth health, mental health and helping vulnerable communities who can add value to the organisation by completing the below:
Provide high standard of medical assessment of persons experiencing physical and mental health issues.Liaise and work with internal and external stakeholders.Create Mental Health Care Plans for internal referrals to clinical care coordinators and allot health services.Provide high quality, primary health services to those accessing Peel Youth Medical Service.Respond to medical/ health concerns presented including history taking, diagnosis, investigation, treatment and referral as appropriate.Encourage and support clients to engage with other services inside the Peel Health Hub including sexual health services plus alcohol and drug support.Be well supported by our administration team, practice nurses, clinical care coordinators, psychologists and counsellors.About You To be successful in this role you will possess the skills and experience below:
