What's the role about?
As a General Practitioner, you'll be part of our amazing multidisciplinary team, providing essential health care to young people aged 12 to 25. Your focus will be on those who are homeless or at risk, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

What you'll be doing:
Conduct health assessments, diagnoses, and treatments and provide education and referrals.
Work closely with general practices, allied health services, and other team members.
Be a voice for young people, ensuring they receive the care and support they need.
Keep thorough records of all care provided, aligning with medical and data collection requirements.
Spend time in an out reach capacity on our Youth Health van.
What we're looking for:
Vocational Registration as a GP, with ongoing participation in Quality Assurance and Continuing Professional Development.
Minimum of 2 years as a General Practitioner, with knowledge of the needs of vulnerable young people and their families.
Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills, with the ability to manage a multidisciplinary team.
First Aid Certificate, CPR, Driver's License, Working With Vulnerable People Card
