Key Responsibilities and Requirements: Required Qualifications: MBBS (or equivalent), with Specialist General Practitioner registration with the Medical Board of Australia (Highly Regarded).Relevant Experience: At least one year of post-graduate clinical practice.
Experience in areas such as Emergency Medicine, General Practice, Paediatrics, or Rural Medicine will be highly regarded.Clinical Expertise & Skills: In-depth knowledge of modern approaches to managing a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions.
Proficient in performing common minor urgent procedures in rural emergency settings, including Advanced Life Support and Trauma management.Teamwork & Leadership: Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and take on leadership responsibilities when required.Professional Development Commitment: A passion for teaching, ongoing education, and contributing to research and continuous quality improvement.On-Call Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call roster and respond promptly when required.Alignment with Organisational Values: A demonstrated commitment to behaviours and practices that align with our clients values, goals, and strategies.
