Guaranteed Compensation:
Guaranteed amount of $150 per hour plus GST for the first 12 weeks or 70% of receipts (whichever is the greater).
Practice Information:
Modern architect-designed Medical Centre, which also includes Chinchilla Pharmacy, Physio, and SNP pathology. The Practice is a DPA and AON for OTD. The patient base is mixed, primarily private fees, with demographics including retirees and young families. The practice offers a combination of billing and a wide range of services at the facility including computerised radiography. They have visiting specialists and on-site pathology. The practice has nine consulting rooms and a large nursing area which helps deal with any emergencies. The practice is computerised using Best Practice software. The team consists of a Practice Manager, Operation Manager, three receptionists, and three Registered Nurses who share two full-time positions. The practice is accredited through AGPAL -RACGP 5th Standards. Doctors are well supported with modern and well-maintained medical equipment, and the staff provides friendly, efficient, and compassionate care with a commitment to ongoing education and training.
Position Description:
Seeking General Practitioners who value small-town life but with the prospect of being very busy. There is a waiting list of patients for at least two GPs, so you will not have to build your practice; in fact, the opposite is true. The owners and staff are very supportive, and as a general practitioner, you would be welcomed into this small community where Chinchilla values country life.
Qualifications & Experience:
AHPRA registration. Minimum of two years medical work experience as a General Practitioner. Open to Level 2 & Level 3 supervision (unable to offer Level 1 supervision).
