Dates: ASAP - Ongoing Hours: 40 hours per week to be agreed with the Practice ManagerRate: $150 p/h +GST or 65% + GST of Billing whichever is greater in the billing periodAccomodation and Travel Provided.The doctor must have full AHPRA registration.
