We are looking for an experienced provisional or general psychologist to join our expanding fun and family-oriented Allied Health team.
You will be a key addition to our Psychology team with your clinical experience as we continue to expand our team and sites across Sydney and thrive in our fun and inclusive culture.

Your clinical week will be a balance of on and off-site work to keep you moving, full and comprehensive admin support to maximise your clinical focus, and you will have your own on-site office to decorate as you like.
We value your ongoing education and as such you will receive $1000 annually to spend on PD education.
Your role and team will frequently communicate with the broader multi-disciplinary team to better manage mutual patients and exchange therapy concepts for your patients.

As an experienced therapist, you will be using your clinical and administrative skills to:
Provide assessment and therapy for clients/participants with varying needs from Autism, ADHD, developmental delay, sensory processing and fine/gross motor skill development Complete assessment and therapy paperwork in a timely manner Assist clients/participants in reaching their independent life and skill goals Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to achieve the best outcomes for your clients/participants Mentor and build the skills of junior clinicians who work alongside you Contribute to quality improvement projects to improve our service delivery This role involves actively contributing to the development and implementation of our service delivery model. A passion for supporting people with a disability and their families Registration with APRAH, Current Working with Children Check, Police check and Current CPR training Ability to work independently and as part of a larger multidisciplinary team Exceptional time management skills Knowledge of the NDIS system and process (preferred but not essential) What we can offer: No KPIs!
