Support financial and budgetary processes by: (i) ensuring the availability of system generated financial reports;
(ii) appropriate recording of payments and receipts

Responsibilities Specific Duties · Participate in general duties commensurate with the position standard within the skill level of the participant and be willing to undertake further professional development
· Participate as back up in the general offices in the absence of another staff member
· Compass and CASES21 administration
· Carry out required procedures for all family payments and accounts receivable
· Carry out required procedures for the college bus program, to include parent/bus company correspondence / manage student charges and payments / DET payment and student bus passes
· Carry out required procedure for student suspensions
· Other duties that may be required by the Principal / Business Manager
