We are seeking a dedicated General Medicine Registrar to work in two vibrant regional hospitals with a supportive and friendly work culture in Northern Tasmania.
Both hospitals are key healthcare facilities serving the northwest region of Tasmania and provide a comprehensive range of medical services, including emergency care, surgery, maternity services, and specialist clinics, ensuring residents have access to high-quality healthcare close to home. The larger hospital is a major acute care facility equipped with modern technology and staffed by dedicated healthcare professionals, with a smaller hospital offering a community-focused approach with a range of primary and specialist services tailored to the local population.
Requirements General, provisional, or limited registration with AHPRA Doctors assessed by the RACP college Candidates eligible for Competent Authority Pathway Full COVID and Influenza vaccinations Benefits Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates Relocation assistance provided Supportive and friendly work culture WBA accredited hospital Salary: Medical Practitioner Level 5 - 11 $131,000 - $183,500 per annum, pro rata + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging. (Salary range is in accordance with Medical Practitioners Agreement 2022.)
