What You Will Do as General Manager for Women & Girls and Participation: Craft and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing communityparticipation (particularly women and girls), aligned with Northern NSW Football'sstrategic goals. Develop local participation strategies and drive initiatives thatenhance growth, stakeholder engagement, and inclusion across all levels of thegame.Supervise the evaluation, assessment, creation and management of innovativeparticipation programs to nurture community participants, coaches, referees,volunteers and school students throughout NNSW.Foster collaboration through the establishment and ongoing management ofNNSWF's various Advisory Groups (e.g. Women & Girls, First Nations, Multicultural,Youth)Forge and maintain robust relationships with Member Zones, Clubs, Schools,Community Groups, Sponsors, and Government Bodies to promote footballparticipation. Act as a champion for female football within the organisation and in thebroader community and deliver strategies that will grow the game for Women & Girlsacross the region.Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to elevate the game'sprofile and specifically showcase women's and girls' football. Develop content andstrategies that attract media representation and highlight success stories, programs,and events.Ensure programs and initiatives comply with relevant regulations,safeguarding policies, and best practices. Promote integrity, equity, and respectacross all football activities.Oversee sustainable budget development and management for the business units'initiatives. Secure funding and grants to support program delivery and growth.Implement and manage evaluation frameworks to assess the effectiveness ofprograms and initiatives.
