What role will you playOur team at UniLodge South Bank are on the lookout for have an experienced General Manager to join and lead the team to achieve excellence and deliver outstanding experiences for our student residents and visitors. Your ability to lead and motivate a team, implement strategic plans, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders will be vital to the success of our operation. Your leadership skills will help to support the growth and ongoing development of your team, and will empower them to champion fostering a safe, secure, and healthy living environment for all students. More specifically you will:Ensure student wellbeing is prioritised at all timesBe thoroughly familiar with our Operating Agreements and to manage the property as per the management agreement and all associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with the client, head office, operations team, student residents and other relevant stakeholders.Manage and optimise the financial return, and the overall financial performance of the property as outlined in the Financial Model/BudgetMaintain the property to the highest level of cleanliness and presentation as would be expected of a professional property management companyPro-actively maintain the building's fit-out and the standard of its equipmentProvide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a team of high performing staffIn the absence of the Regional General Manager act as their delegateWhat we're looking forCurrent Real Estate Certificate of Registration through the Office of Fair-Trading QLDExperience in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector is preferred, but not essential.
