With full P&L responsibility across four locations and a team of over 100, you'll drive the performance of new truck sales, parts, and service departments. Based in South Australia, you will oversee all dealership operations, ensuring alignment with national strategies and fostering a high-performing culture.You'll be a hands-on leader, focused on coaching and developing your team, building strong customer relationships, and optimising operational efficiency. Your success will be measured by your ability to achieve financial targets, improve customer satisfaction, and create a positive and productive work environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a large team across multiple departmentsDrive sales and profitability across all departmentsEnsure safety and compliance standards are metBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersOversee facility management and operational efficiencyMinimum RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Extensive leadership experience within the heavy vehicle industryA proven track record of achieving business growth and profitabilityStrong coaching and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA deep understanding of dealership operationsPrevious exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply.In return for your expertise, you will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package, including a base salary of around $180,000 plus superannuation, car allowance, and performance-based incentives.
