As our General Manager Transformation reporting to the Group Chief Operating Officer and will establish and lead our Transformation Office in changing and uplifting the culture, risk management and regulatory compliance systems, and operating processes. Through defining success metrics, they will evaluate change and engagement, ensuring our action articulates a clear and compelling vision of our future.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will keep pace with the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape and changing community expectations, while supporting The Star's Corporate Strategy and Remediation Plan.
A few of your responsibilities: Implement recommendations from external reviews to deliver effective program, change and project management of the Star's remediation plansDevelop and deliver the roadmap for the transformation and change, adapting and applying flexibility as required by business prioritiesEnsure all aspects of the transformation, change and engagement process, projects, and working groups are appropriately resourced both within the Transformation Team and the broader businessBe responsible for leading the creation and delivery of the transformation, change, communication and engagement plans for the businessEffectively guide various programs and teams through the proposed transformation, change and engagement approach, interpreting impacts, benefits, risks and challenges, creating solutions to mitigate resistanceOwn internal and external stakeholder management (with input from the Group COO)What we are looking for: Tertiary qualifications in project management, business or relevant qualificationExperience at a senior executive level, within a large, complex, regulated organisationCultural or People transformation leadership experience is essentialUnderstanding of relevant risk, regulatory and compliance obligationsAbility to apply sound analysis to evidence-based business cases and financial data to inform and adapt resourcing and timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbout you: You are a program and project management professional, with demonstrated ability in leading and inspiring diverse teams through robust frameworks and governance to exceed identified goals and milestones. Leveraging your well-developed skillset, you confidently collaborate within a matrix structure to transform behaviours, systems and processes to achieve the cross function change required to achieve future state
