Reporting to the Regional CEO, the General Manager will build and lead a high-performing team, drive financial and operational performance, and ensure continuous service improvement across the hospitals.Key responsibilities of the General Manager include:Leading and supporting a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture aligned with Calvary's values.Developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance service delivery, foster community engagement, and contribute to long-term growth opportunities.Managing financial stewardship, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving resource utilisation across the hospitals.Overseeing quality management, clinical governance, and ensuring the delivery of safe, sustainable care.Engaging with stakeholders, representing Calvary within the community, and promoting partnerships to support healthcare advancements and advocacy.About YouWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader with proven expertise in operational management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.
