General Manager, Service Delivery:
Limelight People have been engaged on an exciting search for our client's General Manager position in QLD.
The purpose of this GM position is to drive service delivery and innovation across our client's service delivery portfolios. You will be responsible for overseeing service delivery teams, ensuring our client meets contractual obligations related to service and financial performance, maintain licensing and accreditation compliance, drive continuous improvement, manage human resources, and foster business growth through strategic partnerships and innovation.
You will have 5 Portfolio Management direct reports and will support our client's team by:
Providing leadership, direction, and inspiration to our service delivery portfolio managers to ensure safe, inclusive, and culturally appropriate services.
Attracting and retaining enthusiastic staff through capacity-building and skill development.
You will support communities by:
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Contributing to or preparing papers and submissions for government opportunities.
Enhancing the client's community profile by promoting our work and actively advocating for our communities.
Professional Qualifications required:
A bachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work, or psychology (or related discipline).
A minimum of 5 years of relevant managerial level experience within community services and housing sectors.
