The Role Having experienced significant growth in their employment services, this newly created role will bring together 3 teams and deliver a diverse range of employment services ensuring both commercial and social impact objectives are achieved. These include Customised, Open and Supported Employment, School Leaver Education Supports (SLES), Trainees, Work Experience, Mentoring and Operations (provision of services).
Reporting to the Chief People Officer and working closely with the executive and leadership teams to ensure programs and services are delivered in line with the needs of the participants, the General Manager Service Delivery will be responsible for developing and implementing growth business plans and targets, building strong stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance with NDIS standards, and leading a team to deliver shared goals with a focus on innovation and excellence.

You will be able to demonstrate a proven ability to manage through complexity and drive continuous improvement. In addition, you will be skilled at combining commercial acumen with a passion for creating lasting social impact on both individual lives and communities.
