ABOUT THE ROLE As an integral member of our Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager - Sales & Revenue is paramount in shaping our ongoing success. You will spearhead efforts in attracting and retaining residents through strategic leadership of the Sales and Revenue teams, crafting comprehensive sales strategies—including pricing—and fostering collaboration with both on and offshore sales teams. This pivotal leadership position is tasked with architecting and implementing Scape's student sales, retail sales, and revenue strategies, ensuring our ability to exceed our ambitious revenue and occupancy targets.
This role is based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE As the General Manager - Sales & Revenue, you will be instrumental in defining and refining our path to success. Your strategic vision and analytical prowess will be the driving force behind our continued ascent.
To be considered for this role you will:
