What's the opportunity?We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager Sales who has the skill in achieving a balance between sales and exceptional customer service with the ability to make a difference and share our vision of future growth and development.
Duties and Responsibilities:Achieve targets and profitability, ensuring that your team's sales performance is rated in the top 10 performers for the brand/s by all key sales metricsManage, develop and nurture a productive and high-performing culture through effective teamwork and personal accountabilityEnsure the delivery of outstanding customer satisfaction as reflected in customer feedback and reputation scoresEnsure the teams across all sites and brand are engaged, motivated and supported to achieve the business plan targetsWho are we looking for?The right person will possess an eye for detail & a focus on customer service together with the following:
