RSPCA Australia is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of General Manager, RSPCA Approved. RSPCA Approved is Australia's leading independent farm animal welfare certification program, established to improve the lives of farm animals. The program has welfare standards that go above what is legally required in Australia. To further expand our impact and improve the lives of even more farm animals, we are embarking on an RSPCA Approved Transformation Program as the next step in the program.
Who we needThe newly created General Manager position will be pivotal in delivering across five key areas to meet the growth and capability goals of the RSPCA Approved Transformation Program over the next three years.
You will be experienced in leading program strategy and significant transformational change. Your skills and experience will help to influence and guide senior executives and Board members and drive the program forward.
What you will doYou will oversee governance, strategic planning, risk management, and operational functions, all while managing financial performance and leading a dedicated team.
