About the RoleAs General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our rental operations, from team leadership, customer experience and fleet management to financial performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.Motivate and empower employees through effective & open communication, excellent leadership, regular performance feedback and team building in order to maximise customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and team productivity.Ensure staff are trained by identifying training needs and implementing programmes and people development strategies.Ensure continuous improvement and share best practices implementation.Manage fleet utilisation and maintenance.Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.Analyse financial metrics and implement cost-effective solutions.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.Build strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and corporate clients.About YouAs a results driven general manager, with a strong background in operational improvement and people leadership, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive positive change.
Experience: 5+ years in senior management, preferably in the rental or automotive industry.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).Experienced in multi-site management.Strong analytical, problem solving and process improvement skills.Ability to lift performance through a "hands on" approach to leadership.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to effectively plan and organise work schedules.Sound understanding of computer applications.Flexibility to travel between branches. #J-18808-Ljbffr
