We are looking for a STAND OUT head chef with proven club/ pub experience Passionate management who believe that staff are their most valuable commodity 6 FIGURE SALARY + SUPER + Club Structure & Benefits About The Client Our clients in Regional NSW all run well established pubs, clubs and hotels.
We have positions at large and small venues depending on what you may be looking for.
Whether you're looking to work alongside 15 people or 500, we may have a position for you.
Relocation bonuses may or may not be available depending on the client.
About The Position The General Manager will oversee all aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
You'll play a key role in shaping the business's success, from managing staff to driving financial performance.

Position Description Oversee all operational aspects of the venue, including staffing, customer service, and financial performance.
Lead and motivate a diverse team to consistently deliver high-quality service.
Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
Manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and report to stakeholders.
Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.
Position Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on staff development.
Excellent financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and forecasting.
Ability to think strategically and implement operational improvements.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
