About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to optimise shared services and enhance operations and culture.
As the General Manager – People Services, you will oversee shared service functions, including Human Resources, Legal, IT, Cyber Security, Office Management, and Culture.
This role aligns operational processes with strategic goals to foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and respect.
Key Responsibilities Lead Shared Services: Streamline HR, Legal, IT, and Office Management processes to ensure compliance and efficiencyDrive Financial Performance: Manage budgets, rental allocations, and cost-control initiatives to meet financial goalsCultivate Culture: Build an inclusive, engaging organisational environmentCoordinate Events: Plan corporate events, team-building activities, and seasonal celebrations to strengthen team connectionsAbout You

Key Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in HR and managing shared service functions, including budgeting, facilities management, and event planning.Strong ability to work with leaders, influence decision-making, and execute strategic initiatives effectivelySound knowledge of IT and Cyber Security complianceExceptional leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
