Join Our Team as General Manager People & Quality at Lady Gowrie Tasmania! Lady Gowrie Tasmania is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our People & Quality Division. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a well-established, not-for-profit, community-based organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality education and care services for children from birth to 12 years of age.
Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager People & Quality will be pivotal in driving strategic initiatives to foster positive change and shape a high performing, inclusive and safe workplace culture.
This role oversees the delivery of frameworks for risk and quality, wellbeing and engagement, and people management to support a workforce focused on the delivery of high quality education and care services and programs that put Tasmanian children first.
