Description: About this role:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead the Park Regis North Quay. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction, and driving the financial performance of the hotel. This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a deep understanding of the market.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver outstanding guest experiences.Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance.Oversee the leasing arrangement of the hotel's F&B.Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures.Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, local community, and key stakeholders.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and legal regulations.Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the hotel.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.Monitor guest feedback and implement changes to enhance the guest experience. The ideal candidate:
Proven track record in managing hotel operations, with a strong understanding of revenue management and financial acumen. A background in Rooms Division/Revenue Management will be well regarded. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions. Knowledge of the local market and community is an advantage.
