The Organization:Our client is a healthcare provider and pharmaceutical importation service with operations throughout the country.
They are part of a large global network.
The Role:As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will work closely with the CFO and MD and take responsibility for the strategic leadership and operational oversight of the pharmaceutical arm of the business.
Key responsibilities: Develop and successfully implement operational business plans and budgets.Develop and implement strategies and plans to grow the services and business through service/product diversification and other means.Ensure there is a comprehensive risk management framework and program to identify and manage all relevant risks.
This includes ensuring compliance with all data and information security and privacy requirements.Manage the operational relationship with major suppliers/business partners to ensure these provide high-quality, efficient, and effective outcomes.Ensure that all external consultants, contractors, or service providers represent value for money with suitable contractual arrangements, SLAs, and performance requirements, and maintain optimal relationships with contractors.Lead and manage all regulatory affairs and compliance matters (including managing external contractors as required) including medical information, pharmacovigilance, regulatory, risk and quality, policy and procedure documentation, and training needs.Develop and/or maintain cost-effective, value-adding service agreements and contractual arrangements with required key business and service partners including medicines and product supply partners and contracted support service providers.About you:Degree educated in Finance, Business or Project Management (or equivalent).Experience working within the pharmaceutical industry and dealing with the TGA.Understanding of the Australian pharmaceutical regulatory environment and requirements.Contract management experience.Experience managing a P&L.Business planning and analysis experience.Experience using PowerBi.Essential: Located in Australia with full working rights.To Apply:Click 'Apply Now' or for more information email me at ******
