Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre.
Who we're seeking?
A passionate, fair, communicative, socially responsible, and customer-obsessed General Manager who prides themselves on relationships and team member success. You will have a passion and drive for outstanding service standards, combined with a demonstrated history of developing, coaching, and mentoring your team.
Key Duties
1. Lead all aspects of retail operations and empower the team to drive high levels of consumer satisfaction.
2. Act as the face of Voyages while maintaining resort-wide partnerships through efficient contract management and transparent communication.
