Grow with us and join our SWARCO Road Marking Systems Team in Australia as a: Location: Kewdale, Australia Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies for the road marking materials sector Manage production to ensure quality and schedule adherence Enhance processes, reduce costs, maintain equipment and rigorous quality control standards Oversee supply chain for timely procurement and delivery Create and manage the annual budget, focusing on cost efficiency Handle financial reporting and cost control Lead and manage staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety standards Supervise new product development and improvements Ensure effective organizational communication Your Profile: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred 10+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in the road marking materials industry In-depth knowledge of the production processes for road marking materials Expertise in financial management and budgeting Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills Superior organizational and time management skills A continuous learner with a willingness to adopt new technologies and methods This is a full-time permanent position with flexible hours, offering an excellent team working environment where you'll receive support every step of the way.
