ABOUT THE ROLE As an integral member of our Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager - Leasing & Revenue plays a crucial role in shaping our ongoing success. You will lead our efforts in attracting and retaining residents through strategic leadership of the Leasing and Revenue teams, crafting comprehensive leasing strategies—including pricing—and fostering collaboration with both on and offshore leasing teams. This pivotal position is tasked with architecting and implementing Scape's retail leasing, student leasing, and revenue strategies, ensuring our ability to exceed our ambitious revenue and occupancy targets. This role is based in our Sydney CBD Head Office, 5 days per week.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE To be considered for this role, you will:
