To support this, we have a key leadership opportunity for a General Manager of Infrastructure to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive large scale technology change. Tasked designing, building and managing our next phase of IT infrastructure. You will also be responsible for;Developing and leading a high performing team that is responsible for providing and guaranteeing a reliable infrastructure used to support and operate all systems, network, and telecommunication platforms.Execution of the Infrastructure strategy that supports the overall strategy of Group Technology. Drive best practices for IT Infrastructure.Assessing, scaling, and improving the infrastructure architecture for all current and future business requirements including store and digital growth as well as new and emerging technologies. This includes all operational, design and engineering, capacity planning, service provisioning, security functions and vendor management.Advise on significant enterprise level improvements and measurable business benefits by identifying, proposing, initiating, and leading significant programs of improvement.Develop and maintain flexible yet disciplined governance structures to optimise technology priorities, delivery speed and related spend; continuously review and assess performance of financials/budgets, as well as delivery by key vendors to the enterprise.About youThis role is key to the future success of Crown, we're looking for a dynamic leader with a passion for change. You will have experience delivering large scale technology transformations at a complex business. Effective communication is key with the ability to bring along senior stakeholders for the journey. You will also have;A degree in Engineering with additional IT qualifications or equivalent work experience.Solid understanding of Data Centres, Cloud, Networks, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Planning, End User Compute, and Unified Communications Technologies.Proven ability to articulate a clear vision and get buy-in across a large organisation for cutting edge initiatives.Experience in translating broad corporate next generation strategies into clear, specific business deliverables and solutions.Experience in a gaming / hospitality environment would be advantageousExceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop people and build an effective team cultureAdditional InformationWhat you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
