We are seeking a General Manager - Insurance Building for our partner Aizer Insurance Builders.

About the Role The General Manager - Insurance Building will be responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing general business management functions across Aizer Insurance Builders' commercial, residential, and strata building activities.
This role focuses on client relationship management and business development, team leadership and development, financial performance, KPI management and reporting, whilst ensuring compliance, operational efficiency and continuous improvement requirements are met.
The General Manager will play a key role in increasing market share, optimising business operations, and positioning the company as a leader in the insurance repair industry.
The General Manager will work closely alongside our experienced EGM – Construction (Insurance) who provides the leadership across all construction delivery outcomes.
Alignment between the two roles is critical to the success of the business.

An ideal candidate will have:
