As the General Manager, you will take an active part in leading staff, overseeing the daily operation of the business, monitoring workshop activities, influencing retail sales, and maintaining sales budgets and product costs. You will liaise with suppliers and work closely with the owners to further develop the business based on investigated and thought-out opportunities for change.
