Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive our vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs.
Translate strategy into actionable goals, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, drive productivity, and build an inclusive culture where team members thrive.
Financial & Project Management: Support annual budgeting, manage occupancy issues, and oversee key projects.
Marketing & PR: Drive community engagement through advertising, media, and promotional opportunities.
IT Management: Collaborate with our external IT provider to oversee systems and strategic IT initiatives.
Compliance & Quality Management: Ensure adherence to all legislative and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For: Background: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or experience in business management, organizational administration, and/or project management.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Accounting/Finance industry and professional services standards.
Leadership and Communication: Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in coaching, developing, and influencing teams.
Strategic Vision: Proven ability to support and drive strategic initiatives.
Organizational Excellence: Ability to standardize operations and implement continuous improvements.
