We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager to oversee a portfolio of A-Grade asset/s in Sydney's CBD.
As our General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a dynamic team, fostering transparent communication, and providing guidance on property/facilities management to ensure a positive impact and meet the market's highest operational standards.
Your focus will be on consistently delivering exceptional customer service and strengthening tenant relationships.
This role will also focus on leasing, where you will be involved in major leasing campaigns with other departments to provide a desirable outcome.
Leading a small team you will mentor, encourage, and foster a positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and develop the teamReport on all financials and meet the financial targets and KPIsOversee day-to-day operations and manage risk and compliance effectivelyBuild and maintain stakeholder relationshipsDrive leasing and tenant retention strategies aligned with the SAPEnsure team compliance with reporting obligations and promote a customer-centric culture.Qualifications and Skills Degree in Property or related discipline.7-10 years' experience in the property industryAt least 3-years' experience as a General ManagerProven experience in property managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsSolid business and financial acumenAbility to negotiate effectivelyStrong influencing capabilityDemonstrated Leadership/management capabilityLearning agilityStrong planning/organisation skills.Why join Investa?
