The Opportunity The General Manager will take strategic and operational stewardship of the organisation to lead a significant period of growth. The General Manager will enhance overall operating efficiencies, as well as strengthening the agency's existing relationships with government, industry and external partners. Furthermore, this person will have specific workforce solutions experience as it pertains to healthcare and broader social services markets across nursing and hospitals, disability and aged care. The agency is a key contractor of government and third-party private providers, as well as providing support internally to other service-based assets within the group.

The agency has established operations nationally with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth and has recently been awarded provider status on a number of significant, public health sector panels.
