The Role
The General Manager will lead the strategic growth and oversee the complete operations of the business. This role will work closely with the Director to ensure all components and departments of the business are delivering high standards of performance and provide a solutions-based approach to fulfil the business' visions and goals.

You will provide leadership and support to the Senior Leadership Team and work collaboratively to ensure commercial and operational viability. Additionally, you will champion the Kirana's values and behaviours at the forefront of your leadership.
