About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced General Manager to lead our South Australian dealerships, covering four locations with over 100 employees. With full P&L accountability, you will have Branch Managers reporting directly to you and will oversee new truck sales, parts, and service departments, driving dealership performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate operations in line with national strategy, developing a cohesive team culture, and delivering financial growth.
Your role will focus on creating a collaborative, results-focused, safety-conscious environment, building strong relationships with departmental leaders, and ensuring exceptional customer service. With VTC Australia's support, you'll champion continuous improvement, streamline operations, and align dealership activities to our core values of Speed, Value, and Trust.
