Your mission will be to maximize the growth, profitability, and cashflow of the business.
The strategy is to grow the business aggressively through a combination of organic growth (driven by sales and marketing) and add-on acquisitions.Key responsibilities will include:Lead & manage team.Grow sales, profits & cashflow.Deliver & exceed the annual plan.Lead sales & business development.Drive lead generation through digital marketing.Optimize suppliers, including pricing & terms.Ensure operations run smoothly (warehouse, accounts, systems, people, admin).Remove obstacles, solve problems, and find opportunities.Integrate additional business acquisitions.This role will be based in Perth (with significant travel at times).Ideal CandidateWe are looking for an ambitious leader who wants to run and grow a small business.
