Palace Tower at 108 St Georges Terrace is a true trophy A Grade asset in the Perth CBD that successfully integrates federation style architecture with the contemporary accents of today. Standing at 51-levels of office accommodation, Palace Tower at the time of completion in 1988, was Perth's tallest tower. It remains a landmark in the heart of the CBD today. The tower is at the forefront of tenant serviceability, providing ground floor food and beverage offerings, recently refurbished building lobby, end-of-trip facilities, wellness studio, and bookable meeting room facilities.What this job involves:The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the property and the management team across all disciplines representing Realside Property as our client and owner of the property. Working in close collaboration with and as the senior representative of the client, the General Manager assists in the development of strategies to maximise the performance of the property and is charged with implementing these effectively.This is a broad ranging management role with areas of responsibility including financial, customer experience, operations, WH&S, and sustainability. Considerable focus is required on adding value and improving the customer/tenant experience, maximising income, ensuring costs are competitive, and minimising risks to the client.The team consists of an Assistant Property Manager, Senior Facilities Manager, Customer Experience Manager and Senior Building Engineer onsite with further centralised lease admin and finance functions performed at JLL Head Office.Sound like you?
