General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)Full timeOur client is a large and successful WA organisation which operates several consumer service focused businesses. It prides itself on its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction and has a strong brand.This is the General Manager's position of one of this organisation's high volume, low margin consumer facing service businesses which currently has annual revenues circa $25 million and 150 staff.This RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a proven leader who has a track record of managing high-volume, low-margin businesses. Whilst specific sector experience is not required, the ideal candidate will possess strong strategic, operational and financial management skills.A key focus of this leadership position is growing revenue in a sustainable and responsible way.Key Responsibilities will include:Lead and inspire a diverse team to achieve operational excellence.Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and profitability.Oversee financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.A remuneration package comprising a salary circa $160k, car allowance and superannuation is anticipated.About You:You will already have built a track record of success in senior operational leadership and management roles. Importantly, you will also have high calibre strategic planning, financial management, new business case development and business planning execution skills.Proven leadership experience in a high volume, low margin environment is sought, as is an absolute commitment to championing a culture of safety, compliance and quality.
