We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations and drive our growth globally.Position Review:As our General Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our management team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing performance, and fostering collaboration across departments globally. You'll work closely with our Managing Director and department heads to ensure we achieve our financial goals, streamline operations, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key Responsibilities:Lead and inspire department heads to drive performance and foster a culture of accountability and innovation.Oversee online retail and wholesale operations, ensuring seamless workflows and achieving sales targets.Develop and implement strategic plans to align with market trends and company goals.Champion a customer-first approach, enhancing satisfaction and service quality.Manage financial performance through budget oversight, cost optimization, and revenue growth.Foster cross-departmental collaboration by facilitating effective communication between marketing, sales, and operations.Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities in retail and wholesale markets. Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge.Expand partnerships with key wholesale clients and logistics providers to enhance supply chain efficiency and global market presence.Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track business performance, monitor KPIs, and make informed decisions to improve overall operations.Drive technology adoption to enhance operational processes, improve customer experience, and stay ahead in the competitive fashion industry.Cultivate a workplace culture that embraces diversity, innovation, and continuous learning, creating an environment where employees thrive.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in a senior management role, ideally within retail, wholesale, or the fashion industry.Strong operational expertise with a proven track record of driving business performance in global markets.Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer behaviors.Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.Experience in leveraging data analytics and technology to drive decision-making and operational improvements.Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage multicultural teams in international environments.Proven ability to lead change initiatives, foster innovation, and adapt to evolving business landscapes.Expertise in financial planning, budget management, and cost optimization.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.A degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred.About Us:We are a forward-thinking fashion company that encompasses design, production, and sales.
