Contribute to strategic planning, IP management, and evaluation of emerging technologies? Oversee budget development and tight control over operational costs? Ensure maintenance of waste collection vehicles and equipment to prevent service interruptions? Engage with council customers to implement improvements based on feedback? Hold a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or similar, or willingness to obtain on successful appointment of position? Demonstrated experience in effectively managing procurement processes for physical assets and materials, ensuring optimal utilisation and value for money? Experience in recruitment, termination, and management of staff? Strong ability to implement operational changes to improve performance, staff well-being, and service quality, backed by past successes in driving positive outcomes? Experience in contributing to strategic planning and evaluation of emerging technologies, with a clear understanding of intellectual property management and corporate reputation? Sound financial acumen, including budget planning and management, cost control measures, and financial analysis to enhance profitability and sustainability?
