As the General Manager at Stockman Products, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of this dynamic manufacturing company. Based in Carrum Downs, Victoria, this full-time role is a unique opportunity to lead and develop a talented team in the caravan industry. What you'll be doing: Providing strategic leadership and vision to ensure the continued growth and success of the organization. Overseeing all business operations, including production, national distributors, sales and marketing, and financial management. Driving continuous improvement and innovation across the business. Effectively managing and developing the organization's workforce to foster a positive and productive work culture. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Reporting to the Director and contributing to the overall governance of the company. What we're looking for: Significant experience in managing office and factory staff with proven measurable results, preferably within a product development or manufacturing background and experience in sales and marketing. Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving business growth and profitability. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with experience in implementing measurable systems or procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Experience in LEAN manufacturing ideology or similar.
