TLC Aged Care Mordialloc's innovative Australian-first multigenerational healthcare precinct harmoniously combines a residential aged care facility with an early learning centre, community medical centre, commercial health club, 20m warm-water pool, sauna and commercial cafe.
This bold new development is the first time this range of intergenerational care services has been offered in one location by a single provider.
The General Manager is responsible for the complete operations of the Home, including leading our employees and actively supporting our intergenerational Jellyfish program with our co-located Early Learning Centre.
You will report to the Regional Operations Manager who will support you to maintain high standards in clinical and non-clinical care, admissions, financial, workforce management, compliance and continuous improvement.
