We're now seeking a skilled General Manager to lead our talented team and help shape the future of regional healthcare.
The Role Reporting to the Board, the General Manager will play a key role in driving the success of our business, which includes directly growing our impact in our regional community to make healthcare easy.
Key areas of responsibility include team leadership, operational excellence, financial management, strategic planning, and fostering relationships with external stakeholders.
This pivotal role involves driving patient satisfaction, recruiting and retaining medical professionals, and creating innovative strategies/programs to meet the needs of a growing regional community.
