We need a dynamic and strategically focused general manager for this position to lead this well-established, award-winning property. A hotel that features 100+ stylish rooms and suites and busy indoor-outdoor food and beverage outlets, plus modern event and function facilities that are popular for weddings and product launches.
Lead all operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction and financial performance.Oversee F&B operations, including their signature restaurant, the popular bar, room service, and banqueting conferencing facilities.Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability.Drive the hotel's marketing, positioning, and branding initiatives, and become engaged in the local community.Monitor and control operational costs while maintaining service excellence.Proven track record as a General Manager in similar upscale hotels.Strong background in F&B and room management.Refurbishment expertise will be advantageous.Excellent communication, leadership, and financial management skills.Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.Experience in budget preparation, revenue management, and forecasting.Experience working directly with owners is a plus.This is a wonderful opportunity to lead a premier 4-star hotel with an impressive reputation.
