HR overview in conjunction with other service providers.Staff retention and recruitment to align with crew requirements.Development and implementation of financial and capital budgets. Control of spending.Monitoring and reporting of budgets.Review operational costs.Develop future finance options to accommodate company strategy. FX & hedging requirementsInvestigating alternative finance optionsManagement of MMT QSEMS system. Ensure adherence to all MMT policies and procedures.Direct response to internal and external audits of QSEMS.Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
