About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and inspiring General Manager to motivate and drive the team of this prominent and multi-faceted operation, demonstrating operational excellence, leadership and vision. Reporting to the Area Operations Manager, the ideal candidate will be a passionate, innovative, and results-driven leader with a strong background in the hospitality industry. With a focus on Rooms Division and Food and Beverage, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to take charge of a thriving venue, make a significant impact, and lead a dedicated team to success.
Key Responsibilities: You will lead the venue to deliver a premium customer experience across a multi-faceted venueManagement of all aspects of the venues daily operations, including front office, housekeeping and food and beverageManage all financial aspects of the business unit including annual budgeting, cost control and reportingFind opportunities to drive revenue through sales and effective rate strategiesManage the food & beverage and gaming outletsSet and maintain a level of service and quality that consistently exceeds the expectations of our guestsManage staffing levels and work schedules to achieve financial and service quality targetsMonitor and evaluate customer feedback and create change based on feedbackInspire, develop and lead a team of hospitality professionalsSeek opportunities to maximise revenue for the venueContinuous improvement with regards to product and serviceEnsure consistency and high standardsAbout you: We are looking for the best!
