General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) Full time

As a dynamic and growing company, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead their operations and drive their strategic vision forward.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and financial performance. You will play a key role in ensuring the business continues to thrive in both the B2B and B2C sectors, optimising resources, improving efficiency, and enhancing overall profitability. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive growth, develop strategies, and lead teams to exceed company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage day-to-day operations for both B2B and B2C segments of the business.Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and customer retention.Oversee and mentor sales, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.Monitor and analyse performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and profitability.Collaborate with key stakeholders to create effective pricing, promotional, and product strategies.Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to ensure business targets are met.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term success.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all channels by maintaining service excellence.Implement operational improvements to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.Qualifications:Proven experience (5+ years) as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments.Strong business acumen with the ability to drive results in a multi-channel, fast-paced business.Excellent leadership skills, with experience managing diverse teams and driving performance.Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Strong financial management skills, including budget development, forecasting, and P&L management.Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.A customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.Experience in operational process improvement and change management.Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (MBA preferred).What's on offerCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work in a growing and innovative company with a strong market presence.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.Vibrant, high performing culture.
