General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management)
Newvolt Energy Pty Ltd, a subsidiary enterprise of Montnets Capital, was established in Dec 2023 focusing on renewable energy solutions such as solar / energy storage / EV chargers for both residential and commercial & industrial applicationsin Australia.
Hereinafter we are seeking anexperienced person in this industry with outstanding management capability and strong background for this job.
Cooperate with BoD in the company annual strategy meetings and accept the company annual business target of each financial year.Periodically report to BoD about the company's overall operating performances, including sales revenue, profits, cash flow as well as key issues during operation.Enact and fine tuning company regulations, such as sales policy and regulations, project management regulations, HR& financial management regulations etc.Set specific goals for each individual department based on company annual target, and organize periodical performance reviews and evaluations for all departments.Marketing strategy and market trends study, as well as company sales strategy.Provide day-to-day directions and managements to all departments, and take all measures to maximize company profit and operating efficiency.Coordinate with relevant department managers on their decisions such as operation methods, procurements, financial issues, sales, human resources etc.Organize relevant departments in applying for certificates and/or memberships from various parties/authorities including government accredited certificates, utility portals, STC trading portals, financial merchants memberships etc.Establish sales and aftersales facilities, such as factories/workshops and branch offices, call centres, and overseas representative offices.Manufacturers and suppling channels maintenance and tech/commercial negotiations, to maintain high quality and price competitive sourcing resources.Evaluate and establish manufacturing base locally in Australia (in the future).Observe and guarantee a good aftersales service to all our clients, keep improving the work procedures of aftersales department in case if required.Guarantee good and complete project documents' archives for all our clients; make sure they are safe stored in both hard and soft copies.Assess changing situations and respond accordingly to all operation events.Represent the company at official occasions, e.g.
negotiations, conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums etc.Prepare or arrange for all possible reports, budgets & forecasts, and present them to BoD and/or other demanding authorities.Skills & Experience: Bachelor degree or higher (Master degree preferred)At least ten (10) years' working experiences in the renewable energy industry.At least five (5) years' working experiences in company management positions.Good experiences in both sales and technical positions (preferred but not a must).Outstanding leadership and teamwork.Fluent in English, with Mandarin as a preferred second language.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
